Speakers, women owned businesses you can shop with, lunch, cash bar, glam booth, swag bags, and so much more for the ultimate girl's day out.
The mission is to uplift, inspire, motivate, encourage, and EMPOWER women all over the world.

DEMIREE
Demiree started her career in 2015 opening up her first business, RUBOO BOUTIQUE, which Is a women’s clothing and accessory boutique.
After winning best bouqitue in the state in 2021, Demiree focused her energy creating a podcast called HBIC - which now streams over half a million streams per episodes in over 26 countries.
From meeting so many incredible people through her experiences, she created an event called empowHER. to bring everyone together for a day full of celebration, reflection, connection,inspiration and growth.
She now resides in Metro Detroit, Michigan while running and operating her businesses.
“I created empowHER. because I was exhausted of attending events where I felt like I couldn’t be myself. I wanted a space where ALL women felt welcomed regardless of who they are and what they did for a living. I’ve met the most amazing women across the world and I wanted a reason for us all come TOGETHER and celebrate. There is never competition and when you start to believe there is - you already lost. This world needs more positivity and building each other up in order to grow and I really feel like empowHER. is taking the steps to make this happen.”
